A class action lawsuit is currently being built against Perez Hilton, real name being Mario Lavandeira. Celebrity photo agencies are taking legal action against him for stealing their photos and not linking back to their sites or licensing the photos from them legally. Could this be the end of Perez? God I hope so - make way for the Fabulous Threesome, ya'll!
