Our favorite Disney actor, Raven Simone, turned 21 over the weekend and Tao in Las Vegas was happy to throw her a party! They were so nice as to supply her with a chocolate cake with a candle that resembles a.. ahem... member (possibly the closest she will come to a man-part)? And Raven was gracious enuf to show up in her own MooMoo....How sweet...Hard to believe she is 21 right? Let's sing it all together...."Sweet Sixteen!"
