OF COURSE Santa Monica's new idea for cutting down the squirrel population is birth control. WTF? First of all, i didn't even know this existed. Secondly - do the squirrels have a planned parenthood group that is going to fight for their rights to get their BC at the pharmacy? Next thing you know there will be illegal squirrel abortions going on in back alleys...
