Tom & Katie are throwing ANOTHER bash to celebrate their contracted wedding. This one is supposedly for friends that were unable to come to Italy for the first celebration.
Actually, I'm willing to bet that Oprah is paying for this one since she wasn't invited the first time around. You know she'll be there with Gayle on her arm!
