After another recent arrest for driving under the influence, Tracy Morgan has been ordered by LA Superior Court to wear a device named SCRAM. This is a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring device. It tests for alcohol intake once every 30 minutes for 90 continuous days. If he messes up, he starts the 90 days over again. Mess up again? Off to jail.
Dude, that would suck!!! Maybe they should start giving those to guys while their wife's are pregnant and can't drink - talk about leveling the playing ground...HAHAHAHAHA.

Hmmm...I can't wait until they have one of these for coke. Can't you just see Lindsay Lohan walking around with tubes running out of her nose? I bet it would look like one of these oxygen tanks that old people have to wear. I wonder what they'd call it?
